Two things decide whether this holds. A Starlink Mini is around two and a half pounds with its kickstand, which is a lot hanging off a suction cup, and suction fails on glass that heat-cycles, since a car parked in the sun expands and contracts the seal all day. That is exactly the condition that drops mounts overnight. The powered pump helps and will re-seal itself, but plan on checking it rather than trusting it. Placement is the other constraint: the dish needs unobstructed sky, so a windscreen position that clears your view often does not clear the satellites.

Best for: Vehicle Starlink setups where a roof mount is not an option
