Fifteen seconds to steam is possible because the boiler is small, and that is the spec that actually shapes your afternoon: expect roughly eight to twelve minutes of continuous output before you stop, refill and wait again. Plan the job in sections rather than expecting to do a whole interior in one pass. Where it earns its keep is fabric seats, carpet and the vent slots nothing else reaches. Keep it off glass, which streaks, and off any wrap, applied film or older glued trim, where the heat can lift what is underneath.
