Two different jobs get sold as one. Cleaning the inside is a suction-and-filter problem. Cleaning the outside is a chemistry-and-scratch problem.

For vacuums, ignore the Pa figure. It is measured at the motor with nothing attached, so it tells you nothing about what happens at the end of a hose with a filter in the way. Runtime, filter type and whether it plugs in or charges are what you actually live with. For wash products, the risk is not the soap — it is the mitt, the bucket and the drying towel dragging grit across the paint.
